In 2022, 30 STEM Pedagogy Fellows were selected to participate in the SPI (~20 full-time faculty, and 10 graduate student instructors). Fellows were drawn from a variety of CUNY campuses and STEM-related disciplines, and were selected based upon their capacity to address the goals of the Institute in a brief essay.

Each fellow will receive $5000 to attend the SPI in June, as well as regular seminar meetings in Fall 2022. SPFs are also expected to be active participants on the digital platform that connects the work of the Institute, to respond to evaluation surveys, and to write a brief reflection about the course or project they developed or refined during the Institute.
